The fact that we ended back on and in the air or should I say Ayre was amazing to many, in fact most amazing to us in the Hazzard County AyreWolvez. Especially where the entire enterprise was envisioned.
But constant vigilance and sweat and continuing to believe kept us going. Even through the countless butting heads with the FCC both on location, CP filings, and so on, even with moving from one end of Idaho to another at least me. The Knytes reworked from one basic premise image to a new one, that is a bit more urban-ized , not to mention far from its roots, became a struggle through the mud of plain albeit kountry, but sheer stubbornness, by folks in Mountain Home Idaho, to some reluctant people that tried to go on air, but found they did not have the proper let alone the right stuff to be in media especially rebel, in its very definition, rebel Confederate radio. One stuck it out and did a few miraculous things, yet in the tail wind , decided to bail once that air became turbulent.
However the fever is gaining heat once again. Have a new intern GM, that looks to be another Ellie May, NurseGoodBody, as well as two other impressive female assistants. Why so many mainly female new hires? Simple, the guys, or male half of the radio crew comes from the Knytes-of-Anarchy, membership. We DON’T NEED TO HIRE GUYS. Finding women or females in this part of the rusted west, That has enuff of a warped mind that can do the really raunchy, things that one would hear , here produced from Chicago , like BoB & ToM , or even Stern’ show is beyond initially western or southern Idaho. Something to do with all too many churchy types.
But again our rowdy Alpha Male Wolvez here believed.
The fact that once again the operation is in my Wolf’s Den is not a surprise, at least here I can keep a rein on it, and know what’s here stays in the studio. However having females in and out may cause, suspicion, thus, an office/studio search in Twin is under way.
