Monday the only voting female member of the Knytes-of-Anarchy will be in studio near 15:30 for an interview and all. Should make a great day, just hope she don’t spook on being in a studio that also doubles as where I sleep.
Okay, saw a thing on RFDTV’s Newscast of the big doings out in Nashville with the Dukes. Ben was on, showing off Cooter’s Place. Wonder how that happened? Did RFDTV’s news bunch go looking for a story, due to some pestering by us? If so I want credit for the club on it.
In a way its like our sweetheart from Gooding. the racing team is called Rebel Racing,(wonder where she got that from?) I can tell you if it was anyone else , besides her as well as her being a Knyte, the club would be at the attorney’s in no short order. But she’s an exception, others after 35 Plus years , you’d think that Ben and Alma amongst others would start giving us the attention, respect and maybe a bit of that cold cash they’re making, off of some of our projects and efforts. This is one of the reasons the club started putting some distance between many things Hazzard and more SOA. SAMCRO MC has lined the treasury, So see who we’re more incline to favor?
Okay then, I just love how you get those offers at the top of your email page.
Whether its Gmail, Yahoo, or HotMail, you still get offers that is maybe 5% real the rest BS.
Case-n-point: this outfit that pays cash for used cell phones. If its new you get $ , older phone, you don’t get nothing. Why would someone throw away a newer Cell phone? After all if it’s a newer phone, if you loose yours, you have a backup. But the ad says ALL phones. Yes it’s a con.
Is there anything that can be done? Sure the Federal Trade Commission and such could screw it down on some of these companies and make em say what they mean and mean what they say. But there’s a big lobby, in Washington DC that’d scream, lead bricks. Same thing with what I’d call SPAM TV ads. No I’m not talking about sellin SPAM HAM, I’m talking of those offers that promise a great thing for $20.00 , really? Give us a break. If the excuse from both the email companies and Class b TV networks like RFDTV, accepting these near fraud advertisers yet refuse us. Granted the Knytes aren’t rolling in green , but we have enough to buy time yet because we have the reputation of putting hot female bodies(when we can find them) with a hot rod, bike, truck, and yes warbird, on our ads, that’s just wrong to all too many. All I can say is, hey; Patrick of RFDTV, watch your network, look at HeeHaw, practice what you preach.
Well its air time, but hey how about giving credit where its due to the Knytes, and lets stop fraud on online ads.
