If your not going to do it right don’t do it at all!!

When you get an alert of a pending news story or urgent happening, and you flip to the web site to examine the rest of the story, often I find that when I go to that web site, that the full story is short , if its there at all, likewize , I find many tease you then want YOU to spend money or register to read the damn story.

This is bait & switch Yankee style just like electing Mitt Romney instead of Ron Paul. You put in Mitt Romney and you’ll get someone in favor of the fat ass gut rich Republican persona and Obambeenlyin under a new label. If you put Ron Paul in there , you get an independent, running with a brandable party that might just keep America out of a war in Israel and Iran.

Of course Mitt Romney played the religious card. The LDS Church is supporting Mitt, becuzz, Mitt put some several million bucks in the Church’s coffers. A religious body that sways towards money instead of God above, is bound for trouble. And the leaders of the Church think everyone wants to snuggle up to riches. Thing is, its counter to the very teachings that are in its own Book-of-Mormon, and D&C , yet where money is provided to the Church the Church supports. Despite a moral contradiction.

Yet the majority of Southern Idaho, Southeastern Idaho, Southwestern Wyoming and northern Utah are comfortable with getting in bed with Romney. Why do you think the guy that runs Meleluca out of Idaho Falls, is nuzzling at the breast of Mitt? Becuzz Mitt is a Mormon, Mitt contributes to the church. It has nothing to do with Mitt being able to pull this nation out of the manure trough its in. In fact , despite popular opinion, just one man cannot bail this nation out of its hole. It’s going to take, more than the Federal Government to do it. It’s going to take the power and sweat of people. People willing to take a risk. Going and thinking out of the normal.

Not just helping out the big corporation like GM, Chrysler, but instead of entitlement spending , paying out disability claims etc, how about taking ten percent of the money the Government spent on GM , Chrysler, and making available REAL business establishing grants? Giving someone say $100,000.00 to create a business allows that business to hire people, the full circle brings prosperity to a community. Giving out SSI benefits, keeps people just under the poverty level.

Its more than the fish story, of both giving a fish or teaching to fish, its giving someone a pole, net, boat to fish with.

That’s how to rebuild a hurting nation, not just corrupt it further.

In essence if your not going to do it right , don’t do it at all.

Just something about those old Byrds

Good morning. After last nights meeting here at the Wolfs Den, with the directive by KOA President, Jon Muir of Utah, saying its time to light a fyre under the britches of KOA.

However, I’m XO of the AyreWolvez, and as much as I will be loyal to and of KOA, the AyreWolvez take the left seat and I hold the stick.

That sedd, since I am in charge, I’ll be doing much of the posting of KnyteAyre right here in WyldAyre as it relates to the AyreWolvez, just as it should.

While a hot Peterbilt, or Kay-Whopper is a groove, the look of a restored F-4-U Corsair , or Huey makes me loose a few quarts of semen.

So that’s that on that.

Did you see that Mark Zuckerburg of FaceBook, is going public? FaceBook employees etc will be worth in excess of $100,billion. That’s right BILLION. Thing is with all that green, why is it the geeks at FaceBook, can’t seem to keep people’s FaceBook accounts from getting hacked and hijacked? Hey if ya’ll got big bucks from your customers, keep em from bookin becuzz your too damn arrogant or ignorant, to keep your users accounts from being ambushed and taken over.

Damn snot nosed college kids. I’m getting to thinking that all these brainiacs aren’t so damn brainy.

Hey Mark, here’s an idea, if ya’ll need some southern fried Confederate mind power at FaceBook, I’ll put my pal Paul in charge of my doins here at HazzardAyre , and you hire me. Hell , I’ll move to Palo Alto California, and kick some serious ass there at your company (FaceBook).

If you can feel it and taste it,is it still a dream?

If you can feel it, taste it, smell it, is it still a dream?

In essence if your in deep REM sleep, and your mind runs its nightly movie in your cranium. What we call a dream, and images of the opposite gender, or a craved food, or other sensation manifests itself to the point you can REALLY feel it, taste it, etc, is it what ever IT is, still a dream, or a futuristic prediction ? Do we all have the ability to be telepathic? Or Sykeic? Are these abilities just reserved for a select few? Or is there another explanations. If there is another explanation , what is it?

If you awaken to a condition that you were just dreaming of, and its more than real, was it just a dream, or something else from the worlds of magic, and wizardry?

Things like this are those concepts that boggle the mind.

Many of us are taught that such things of the bewitching arena are taboo and best not entered.

However, I believe , perhaps wrongly, but none the less , I believe that it is for us to at least enter the areas of black magic and sorcery to see both the good as well as bad of same.

But again , I ask; if you can feel it, taste it, smell it, is it still a dream?

Wuzz up with that?

Some times you see something on TV and wonder, “Wuzz Up With That?” .

Case-n-Point, FoX 35 the sub station of FoX out of the heart of KPVI 6 Pocatello, is still running on the local available ad rotation, ads for Christy Lanes Christmas Album. Which if it was still that time of the year, fine. But in February? Maybe its that FoX 35 isn’t generating much in revenue locally. Hey don’t blame me. Both us here at Dixie Toewing and AyreWolf Aviation were all gung ho on putting on ads for the new operation both here as well as in Blackfoot. However one older lady at FoX 35 was put off by one of the blogs of mine, and got in a hissy fit, the local GM called me, and kaput. Who is laughing now? But ya’ll got to ask, “Wuzz up with that?”.

I can tell you this, if I ran FoX 35 I’d have that station rolling in income revenue. Not that the club through me has not tried to buy, FoX 35 out of Twin Falls Idaho. We’ve been chasing that for 25 years. Even back when FoX Net, was a really hot 15 to 30 demo, network, even b4 American Idol. Back when 90210 was thee show to watch.

But why keep running an ad for a product, that is not of current season?

The answer, Thursday.

Computer still has intermitent audio out problems, but found a new Dell, at Best Buy in Twin. Costly yes, but it’ll work. The basic opinion of some techs I tawked to, is that even the new computer has a cracked motherboard. Meaning when cold the solder connects, but as the computer gets warmer , the connection is broken.

Further examination is required. However having two computers will be great. Do editorial on one, do the radio show on the other.

Assumed and perceived fear

There is real fear and then there is assumed or perceived fear.

In the enterprise, assumed fear or perceived fear and thus not doing something or taking on a project just becuzz what is perceived or assumed will cause a backlash of negative reactions, can really hurt the bottom line.

Such as not showing a little skin on a TV ad with a hot honey enhancing a truck or warbird, means that TV station lost revenue(mine) and or the clubs revenue. Which multiplies throughout the club, through the membership, becuzz members will not do business, with other business’ that will not allow the integrity or continuity of the clubs messages. Thus several thousands of dollars are lost, NOT JUST mine or NOT JUST the club.

Same goes for newspapers, or other media outlets. The perceived fear or assumed fear is that , if the particular media, does print or air a slightly racy ad, the greater religious, (LDS-Mormon) community will boycott that newspaper, TV station etc. Which the assumed or perceived fear is just that assumed. Since the greater religious community really does not care, in fact most of that religious community, welcomes a fresh idea. Most would not shun such , infact I gathered when I worked part time for Deseret Transportation in Utah, (the church’ trucking company) Their head honchos who are church authorities, loved my radio shows, and TV clips I did there. Its the outside media etc that fears, the church, not the church members themselves.

But it cost the Weekly News Journal, The Voice, The Times News, FoX – 35 etc.

Then there is the curious fears of obscure or abnormal sexual practices. No I’m not tawking queer stuff here, that is not to be feared, just shunned. No I’m talking about a man being attracted more to a piece of women’s attire. Such as mine, hey I’ll admit it, I get a rush flush any time I’m around women who are wearing nylon hose. Put that with heels, you have my immediate attention. It’s the Kryptonite to this old Wolf. This caused many in both school and community officials great grief. Hey I must be really off in the head. Truth was, as I found through finally meeting , albeit by phone an expert in the field of human sexuality, Sue Rogers who does this radio show and produces the Sex With Sue Sexy Minute on HazzardAyre Radio.

Sue told me that as long as its controlled, having a sexual fetish is very healthy. Yet there are those who live here in our area, who remain anchored in the Victorian, mindset were fearful of such things. Thus , I was considered worse than Jack the Ripper. Mostly cuzz all too many feared what they did not know.

I gotta say this too. When we first brought Sue on the air throughout our network. I asked her if she’d send me something kinky? She bundled up about 8 or 9 pairs, of slightly worn, unlaundered hose of several colors and mailed them to me.

The staff nearly had their own orgasm with laughter. Many are LDS CHURCH members.

Its not to to presume or assume that something is bad or will harm us unless we try it.

Revelation from Wizards of Waverly Place

Last night on Wizards of Waverly Place, a show that Disney pulled long b4 it should have been.

The episode had it to where to save family’s sub sandwich shop, the family had to travel back in time to keep the former owner from selling it to a land broker.

One of the points was Max the youngest of the cast, was talking to some leather biker wanna be’s . The leader of the pack was holding a old portable radio. Max asked how many songs could the guy get on the radio? The greaser said millions, Max then asked how much does that cost? Max was under the illusion that one had to buy songs to listen to at 99 cents a song. And I thought, that’s tragic.

I can remember too and still do on most of it, hell I’m in the radio biz. But that said, free radio as we know it may be on the threshold, of what Television was only 20 or so years ago.

True some things we pay for, like Internet access, and much of that comes from the same provider as our TV through cable TV providers, but there was a time, when we got purtty good TV albeit only 3 maybe 4 channels. In Hazzard we got 2 clear, the rest was snowy, until the addition of the translator on Bell Rapids, but we got it for free.

Radio at least for now is still free. Accessible by the simplest devices, from mini transistor radios to big boom boxes. So why pay a cell phone company 99 cents to capture music? Why buy $400.00 smart phones, IPhones, and the like , when radio is at least now , free?

Broadcasters are all standing in line , ramping up, to be able to stream radio onto your mobile device.

Again , and this goes out to all my fellow radio pals, why pay for something that is already free?

Sure there is Sirius/XM and all, but instead of running in the cave, why not all of us in radio, get back to just that? Radio.

Where we can have music, news, a few ads, and enjoy what we love? More over put some personality back in the hosts(DJ’s) and create what is unlike anything else, fan generated, fan appreciated, and consumer driven media? That media called Radio.

Just amazing ain’t it? But we need to do more. All of us needs to do what we can to preserve radio in its current state, or your going to be paying for it. Just like cable TV, paying more, getting less.

That’s one of the missions of HazzardAyre Radio. Keeping radio free, and entertaining, as well as informative. After all who else is going to be there during a natural disaster like hurricane Katrina? When all other sources of information was down, the real champ was radio. None Like it used to be

hERE we go again.

Just when you think your getting away with getting off at a discount, ya’ll run into a tech gufu that threatens to piss you off no end.

So the only option is to buy new.

Even so, those little gizmos and gadgets you had once on your older computer, just are not available any more. If they are out there, they being peddled by some not too trustworthy vendors. So you load one up just to see and find either a credit card needed since what was once free, now requires a fee. Of course its a gamble.

I found many of the Google Gadgets for my Google Desktop are no longer being offered. Supposedly becuzz there was some idiot that set the damn thing up that also brought a malware or something in as it loaded .

Of course there are other maladies that are not so apparent, yet you either shrug it off thinking who cares? Or you have to go back and recreate those little icons from memory.

That’s just the short list.

Okay then.

Still having troubles with my audio output. Internal speakers work fine, try to plug in an outside source from computer to radio consol. No worky, so need I guess buy a new computer.

As I close, found out Sons of Anarchy set to run another 3 years. SAMCRO MC will never die.
